This beautiful baby named “Primrose” or “Rosie” for short, was found badly battered by animal control on the streets and was put in a shelter. The shelter felt there was no hope for her and because she was in so much pain they felt the only humane step would be for her the to be PTS. However the good news for Rosie was the shelter contacted local vet Dr. Ruth Karri and even though she had a severed fractured face and was little hope, Dr. Ruth was determined to do all she could for baby Rosie.
