Jumping Jill is a Beagle rescue that since she first arrived in her new forever home could not be contained in the high 42 inch chain link fence. Especially after the snow accumulated, which made it even easier. So the only option the new owners had was to shovel the snow away from the fence to keep this bouncing baby inside….does this work?
