This Beautiful Beagle Weighed An Astonishing 85 Pounds! Video

Thank God His Story Is Changed Now!

This big guy was raised by an elderly couple in Chicago, who had to give him to a shelter because they couldn’t care for him any longer. Which was probably the best thing for the both of them…especially the Beagle. Apparently the elderly  owners fell head over heels for the infamous Beagle pouting eyes and gave him way too much table food and God knows what else.

Wait til you see how Kale looks now! what a transformation and bless him and the people that got him back in shape.

Look At Our Buddy Kale Now….He’s a lean mean Beagle Loving Machine

Here’s a video of Kale in his overweight state and how they had to use a harness to walk him…poor baby…but look at you now 🙂

We all have a tendency at times to give our babies a little of this and a little of that, because they’re always hungry and look so sweet with their tilting head and puppy dog eyes. When the shelter received this 85 pound (can you imagine) big boy they honestly didn’t think he was going to make it and had to call in a nutrition expert to begin working on his health.

They put him on a super strict diet of “Kale Chips” and thus he was renamed Kale, they also started him on exercise using an underwater treadmill, because he literally  couldn’t walk on his own feet.

In the video you’ll see how they had to use a harness around his waste and pull up on it to allow less weight on his feet and he could move around.
